I love cooking and sitting around the table with friends eating, and believe sustainable healthy eating behaviors begin in the kitchen. I am passionate about empowering others to a life of wellness, purpose and abundance. I am half Greek, half Filipino (BUT a Texan girl at heart), and enjoy gardening, traveling, and walking with my dog, Boots. My purpose is to empower others to balancing their 5 - food, health, community, passion, faith. Living life with Young Living essential oils.
