Need Something More Hands On?
Cooking Classes
One of the things I am most passionate about is being in the kitchen exploring, trying new recipes, and making memories. My most memorable moments since childhood were always around kitchen stove cooking and baking with my mom, around the dinner table with close friends and family. They all had smiles, laughter, and joy, and a great plate of food in common. I believe cooking and baking plays a huge role in the life-style and environment we create, the food choices we make and the relationships we build. I learned how to love fruits and vegetables, explore different cuisines, and love food because my mom created an environment in our home based on just that; a joy for food and honoring what we put inside our body. That is why I think inspiring others to not only choose healthy foods but prepare them as well is SO SO important in a culture and society built on nutritonism, fads and diets.
